Energy Awareness Event, St. Piran's Hall

Local worker's co-operative, R-ECO, who specialise in the installation of
solar pv on domestic and commercial properties, are planning an energy
Awareness event, designed to educate the public about their energy
consumption. R-ECO, who are known for their community work, will be
holding the event at St. Piran's Hall, Goldsithney on Saturday 23rd July, 1pm-6pm.
Do you know how much energy it takes to boil a kettle or power the microwave?
Would you like to know how to make small changes to cut the cost of your bills
and reduce your carbon footprint? Come along and bring the family to our event,
where you will find all the answers you are looking for and could change your
energy habits for life.
As well as talks from R-ECO's fully-qualified climate change scientists, there
will be demonstrations using household appliances, children's solar and
environmental activities, and eye-opening demonstrations of energy consumption.
R-ECO will provide free tea and coffee and cake, the perfect way to finish off a
day at the beach or to entertain the family on a rainy summer afternoon.
